When the thoughts come into a meditating mind, acknowledge them then move on. They generally don't come back then.

That's good advice. After all why would your mind make you think of a certain question or person or whatever it may be unless it was something your subconscious thought to be important?

I was recording one of my psychic school videos and just when I was finished I realized...no sounds. And it took me like 6 minutes. Almost threw my laptop out of the window!

for me it is avocation that became habit. the only bad thing about it is the conditioning in the western world, which is deep-seated in the sub consciouness.
ask a doctor what he thinks about it.. he will tell you about blood pressure, cancer,...

Wow, a show called Ancient Aliens was talking about Astral Travelers. They were talking about Astral Projection. Except they never actually said the words Astral Projection. They were a bit clueless about AP. They didn't know that it's possible to AP today.
