| how often should i take breaks from doing pk, because i feel like I'm moving backwards in progression. |

| I would say mostly 1 to 3 days. But if you know how to maintain your energy then you can go as long as you like. |

| i take breaks as long as needed while still meditating and practicing a time or 2 here and there |

| If you are having a break and are wondering "how long should i wait till i carry on practicing?" then I say as soon as you have forgotten that you were having a break... then you are ready. |

| Yeah start working on teleport already. I realised that telekinesis itself can be considered as 'space bending' because we are using 4D action to do it.

| I use a method of counting from 300 to 0. And also learn how to do reality checks and ask during the day if you are dreaming or not. Sounds sill but it's worth it. But doing reality checks is really important for lucid dreaming. |
