Throughout history and mythology there have been these objects of power usually enchanted by magic which bestow supernatural powers on those who weild them.

One which is famous in English history is the legendary sword Excalibur. The sword was owned by King Arthur and the story goes that he was given Excalibur by the lady in the lake the same woman who gave the wizard Merlin his powers. This sword is not to be confused with the sword in the stone.



Any hope of recovering the sword is lost. The legend goes that Arthur ordered the sword be thrown back into the lake from whence it came. When the sword was discarded a hand rose from the lake to catch it.

So yeah Excalibur is a British legend, does your country have any stories of mythical weapons or power objects? Can you think of any more?

The philosophers' stone is a legendary stone said to have alchemical qualities. The philosophers stone is reportedly capable of turning base metals such as lead into gold or silver. Pretty cool huh? Except its awesomeness doesn't stop their. It is alsi believed to be an elixir of life, useful for health rejuvenation, curing disease and possibly for achieving immortality.

Said to hold the original chalis which holds the blood of christ and the original stone tablets known as the ten commandments but it is said that only those with worthy eyes can gaze upon it

could it be some sort of mega ultra holy weapon? uber radioactive material ? or just a gold chest? no one knows
BUT it is said that a church in the congo holds the ark but only one man may see the ark there is no chance of breaking inside the church as it is gaurded by 10 heavily armed men on the outside along with several more armed men on the inside!
one would think that if this where the lost ark of the covenant that it would be shown to the world to prove the existance of god
but maybe one day in the near future we may find it or the church may reveal its secrets

Here is another cool one then many of you won't have heard of. In Hindu History, the demi-god Rama  battled the a demon king Ravana in Sri-Lanka. The demon guy is like a Hydra, if you cut of his head more will grow back. Rama  defeated him with this weapon known as the Arrow of Brahma.



The arrow of Brahma is a magic arrow which once fired can split into hundreds of arrows. The arrow of Brahma has feathers of winds and the points were made of sun and flames. The shaft was Mount Meru, the hub of the universe and where Brahma lived. The arrow of Brahma burst Ravana's chest, passed through his body, and returned to Rama's quiver.

this isnt really an OBJECT but back when you brits and spaniard conqistadors first came to the new world they came through mexico looking for the aztec city of gold! there are many places its rumored to be in such as in the movie national treasure its believed to be inside mt rushmore and others believe it is somewhere in new mexico

Its called the city of El Dorado (which I believe is now the name of a shit car lol) its supposedly located on Lake Parime in the highlands of Guyana, South America. So I suppose Nazir, krikil and Goose are the closest people to it, maybe they should go on an expedition!
