binaurual beats is good for me . and I think u can search some chakra healing video on youtube, there are loads and every time i hear cello it reminds me my root chakra i don't know why.

Yeah you can. Or you can just use chakra healing sounds like Essa said as well. The root chakra is very easily opened especially if you're much more of a material person(video games, money, sports, the physical world).

yeah and I think material things also important for us, which is help us know more about ourselves, root chakra healing also help us on increasing our sense of security and gaining energy from earth mother! i should say open up and clean all ur chakras everyday or more often by mediation
