1. Washing hand method.
- First, wash your hand normally
- After, don't dry your hand, direct energy into your palm and feel the awesome vibrations.

2. Showering Meditate
- Stand under the shower, Do the first posture in this clip:

- Imagine water flow through your body, cleanup mess and bad energy inside your body.
- do it about 2-3 minutes.

This will remove all of your stress and angry.

Keep do this for 3-5 day and you will feel happier.

3. Washing Body
- Do this when showering or having bath.
- Make your hand wet, direct energy to palm.
- Wash your body, keep directing energy to your palm, you will feel all your pores open.

(This feel ussually happen when your body is cold by the weather and you have a hot bath or take a hot shower...)

4. F*ck my english, I can't explain everything I want.
- I'm left handed, so explain somethings with images are easier.
- When I'm explaining somethings with words, everything messed up...

You should always make the most of any spare moments you have for meditative reflection, in the shower, on the toilet, in an elevator, on the bus. Any time I find myself with a few seconds I shut my eyes and go into trance like state.

what is your technique you use for going into your trance state? been trying to do it myself but to no avail lol

I can go into trance pretty much at will these days. I started with the classic candle technique.
