So you know how telekinesis is technically electromagnetism right? Well, visualize this: Your brain is "charging" with waves of "energy" or "magnetism" (don't know how to describe, just waves) sort of like a force field. Imagine those waves going down to your arm, to your hand, then out. The object will move 70% of the time (maybe different for other people).
