The CIA developed a secret weapon used for assassinations which shoots a small poison dart to cause a heart attack. It would fire a bullet made of ice laced with a toxin which would mimic the effects of a heart attack. The dart from this secret CIA weapon could penetrate clothing and melts upon entering the body thus leaving no trace other than a tiny red dot on the skin like a mosquito bite. The poison then rapidly eneters the bloody stream and disappears quickly enough not to show up in an autopsy.
