The heart chakra known in Sanskrit as the Anahata and is the neuter connector of the soul; connecting the top three female chakras with the bottom three male chakras. It controls the circulatory system of the soul. The heart chakra is different in that it is shaped like a yoni.

The above excerpt is also an allegory, as the center is the odd one out; the heart chakra. The heart chakra does have power, but not the kind of power that the strongest chakra of the soul, the '666' chakra of the Sun has. The powers of the heart chakra are lesser. This is why the enemy is always touting it in the mainstream books, and in the new age dogma out there that is readily available to the public. I have noted through my own experiences in healing animals, that the energy from the healing solar plexus chakra can very effectively be directed out of the heart chakra, while holding the loved one to my chest. I have found this technique much more powerful and effective than healing with the hands. Also, many people who can astral project leave their bodies through the heart chakra.

Anahata means indestructible, or better unshaken. It refers to the unstroken sound current, that is an aspect of God, that is the mind that does not change. The consciousness of the fourth chakra grows your sense of compassion through the use of the neutral mind. The neutral mind is not charged with emotionality of the positive or negative mind (which relate to the third and second chakras). It lives beyond duality, in a compounded duality. The mind cannot shake if it can unite the opposites and perceive beyond the attachment to them. The unshakable mind resides in the heart chakra, this means thorugh anahata consciousness you are able to comprehend (embrace) the hearts of others, through their minds; you can sense motivations beyond ideas. The element of the mind is Wind, air, and the anahata chakra is the main zone where prana resides. It is but by the mixure of prana and apana that one gets to ever experience the arise of the kundalini, this is why the fourth chakra is highly important.

Can you elaborate for me what you mean by the mixture of prana and apana allows the kundalini to rise. From my understanding the Kundalini lies dormant coiled underneath the base chakra, To safely rise your kundalini ,which is a massive amound of bioelectricity,you must have very powerful and fully opened chakras and a perfect balance of the Ida and Pingala. Also i have come to understand there are multiple ways to raise your kundalini for example, the yogic path which requires less mental control of energy as opposed to mastering breathing exercises, power meditations and directing energy.

prana is the accumulative internal energy that gathers between the base of your chest and up to the neck, it is deeply related to your breathing and thus your lungs. Apana resides from below your navel point, all the way down flowing out of your body from your anus and feet. It is eliminatory energy which purpose is to purify the denser lower chakras, as well as all your bodies up to your 5th physical one. (the other fourth bodies are the soul and the three aspects of the mind). As these are the two main vayus (prana dn apana), or frecuencies of the energy, when they are in balance all other vayus get in balance.
The kundalini is an emanation of the soul itself; it is the connection between God as universal aspect of infinity, and god embodied, and it resides in the base chakra as you mentioned. This zone is where apana resides as well. When you have a balance of prana and apana, you can mix those energies below the navel point, by aplying Mulbandh, a lock in your anus and genitals that pumps apana up to the second chakra. By this procedure you are liberating the path for the Kundalini to rise through the main Nadi, Sushmana. Afterwards you will still need to apply two more locks on the solar plexus and on the thorat, which liberate the rest of the path for the kundalini up to the tenth gate.

Ida and Pingala are imporant, but the main channel sushmana is utmost important since it's the path of the kundalini. It is also the main nadi or string, so your whole reality is built upon the vibration of this central cord... sushmana is also known as the silver cord which unites body, mind and soul. Ida and Pingala just go up to below your nose. Ida ends in the left nostril, and Pingala in the right. If you vibrate sound currents or mantras on sushmana, ida and pingala start to vibrate as well.

Ps. An important fact: Prana with capital P and prana with lower p are different concepts.'While prana is what i already explained to you above. Prana with capital P is the code of movement for the energies in the reign of mind and body.
