in the 50s a benedictian catholic preist whom had a degree in quantum physics created a device that allowed him to view any event in the past, he reportedly watched and photographed the crucifixion of jesus christ, he came out and said he lied, and died mysteriously and the vatican denied it even existed untill they destroyed a device called the chrono visor, then the vatican admitted that he never lied and the device was destroyed so that the device wouldnt fall into the wrong hands, now besides using astral projection to view any event what are your alls opinions about possibly how to craft something of this sort,? this sort of proves that a tv to watch the past is quite possible.

You need to bend a fabric of space time its self, how ever to view an image would require making a temporary one way hole for a signal to fit through. This would be much easier to build this device then a time machine because you would need to fit a human or something. Signals are much smaller so i do believe it can be done.
