Aerokinesis is the elemental kinesis to control one of the 4 basic elements: wind. There are many many elements but the 4 basic ones are wind, water, fire and earth. The ability where you can manipulate energy of all these 4 elements at once is called atmoskinesis(not to be confused with atmokinesis). Aerokinesis is one that people will get faster results then telekinesis from. Basic visualization of aerokinesis: Visualize the energy in the air(better learn to see energy in the air) changing direction as it hits your body. Change the direction of the wind and be one with the air. This is the most important part of it in my opinion. There are many techniques in aerokinesis as well of course: pulling and pushing, raising the wind and lowering it, changing wind direction, cloud control(atmokinesis and sort of hydrokinesis), air levitation ect.

Hmm.. I noticed something with the four elements. Water and Earth are physical substances, and wind, and fire are not. I just thought I'd mention this...

As you can see with aerokinesis objects move faster but with telekinesis slower. Because aerokinesis is wind combined with your energy. And telekinesis is just your pure qi/chi/psi energy.

I can influence the wind outside, but not inside I just applied my energy tech and what I usually use pyro and it worked for aero but not inside tho so dafuq
