When I visualize the energy coming out of my hands, I feel a kind of stinging sensation. Is this normal? Thanks in advance!

Yes it is. It's electromagnetic fields which is energy in a scientific way .

I agree. This looks awesome! I only know of aura photography. But it's something you have to pay for.

There was a really cool experiement with Kirlian photography called the phantom leaf experiment where they could cut a bit of the leaf off yet its energy would still show as if the part were still there.
The top part clearly shows that somehow the leaf almost knows whats missing. Weird huh?
