Hello,
Little video editing of my practice this morning a psi whell in a jar with and without hands. I cut the portion of video when I try covering the opening because it does not work. The windows are closed and I always wear my dust mask
Two days ago I started to turn my psi whell in a jar with complete openness. When I try to partially cover the opening, I can barely make it move just yet. I will continue to practice with the free opening and I'll quietly partially cover this one time. With time, patience and practice I would end up not rotate inside and closed completely opening (jar spilled on the psi whell).
