I start the morning with my psi whell 11.45cm cardboard as you can see in this video

When she turns easily after a short time as this morning so I know I can try with my whell psi 16 grams and try with something else. But there are days or after 20 minutes I did not even make it through a complete turn.
Then I stop, I rest and I again for another session. It happens at the second session it gets better, but when it is not better then I stopped completely. Because I know it is useless to insist. Strangely, it does not necessarily work well because I went to bed early and I had a good night's sleep. Yesterday I went to bed at 2:00 am after abusing alcohol and this morning I really was not in great shape physically. Yet it is well spent with telekinesis.
When I go to bed early and I spend a good night's sleep, I'm well rested in the morning, I do not know why but it's not going very well for telekinesis. I'm not saying to abuse alcohol before going to bed! OK? I started meditating on September 16 before starting my practice telekinesis. For 4 days I stopped and I feel like it has not changed my performance in my practice telekinesis. I practice telekinesis only for 8 months exactly. I practice in the morning for a period of about 1:30 to 2:00. When it's good as a few days ago, I made a meeting time 1:20 minutes without stopping. But when it does not work so it varies from 20 minutes to less than one hour.
