| ok so ive been watcing marks videos and my force push has gotten very strongg i think im ready to move to level two and i need help knocking down the paper with no hands some one plss help and also is it true if my level one force push keeeps getting stronger will i automatically be able to do it with out hand movements? |

| from my third eye ? visualize my 3rd pushing energy or out of it??? or visualize energy coming from my hand?

| U can vizulize it coming from your hand pushing it when your hand is near the object and u can vizulize it coming from your 3rd eye pushing |

| On this form their is a place notice force push if u go their it will give u a technique and lesson 1 and 2 and 3 from mark mauvais. |

| Another tip is when u have a pen and a lighter heat is a form of energy so burn the pen boost its energy by doing that and the the force push it should really help |
