I too find the pull more difficult than the push.

yes the pull is more dif essalove but you can achieve it through more practice like the saying "practice makes perfect"

I finally managed to do that better . Controlling it. Most people told me that the dare that I could push and pull at the same time. Proved them wrong. Thanks for the inspiration AGAIN Mark lol.

i have a question finally after days i was trying to do PK on a piece of paper and my mom barged through the door and i was shocked and i was like 10 feet away from the door and the paper was on a table to my left and when she shocked me the paper flew off the table like someone had dragged it off the table really fast like it fell over and then flew off can anyone tell me if that was my sub-conscious or my adrenaline just tell me something

Yeah its possible the surprise element caused an automatic reaction.

nice trainings but i do push and pull with my hands still (non-moving) i used to have to displace the air and wave my hand but now i just push and pull with my mind
