Most of the time, if anyone says force push, do you think that person means the lesson 1 force push or the lesson 2 force push (without moving hands)?

They're both chi blasts. Only that lesson 1 is easier because it combines the wind with energy and lesson 2 is just pure energy. So I would say both.
