if i practice tk before i try and astral project can it make my pineal tired and make it harder for me to astral project?

If you know to take a break, of course not. Maybe sometimes but not always. But if you're constantly at it it can get you drained resulting with huge headaches.

well i always make certian days for AP and practicing my telekinesis but i have never had a problem astral projecting i can do it and the mere will and thought
