1. The first thing that you want to do when opening your third eye is to relax your body, mind, and emotions. This may sound overly intuitive, but when you enter into real relaxation, you’ll discover how tense you are in your daily life.

One great visualization that I’ve found extremely effective for getting into a completely relaxed state is to imagine that there is a brilliant, white cloud floating above your head.

As you breathe in, imagine that the cloud comes down over the crown of your head. As you breathe out, feel all of the tension in the crown of your head disappearing.

It’s almost as if the bright cloud itself is absorbing all of your anxiety and stress.

Then, as you breathe in again, imagine and feel the cloud moving down over your eyes. Breathing out, exhaust all of the tension in your eyelids, forehead, and ears into the cloud.

You may think, “Well, this is silly; how could there be tension in my ears?”

We hold tension in every muscle and cell in our bodies. When you’re free of tension, you’ll be amazed to find out that, yes, even your ears are stressed!
Continue the visualization of the cloud moving down your whole body.

Once it reaches your feet, and even your toes are free of tension, imagine that the cloud simply disappears, taking your anxiety with it!

2. In this super-relaxed state, turn your attention to your forehead. You don’t need to imagine any sort of spiritual organ or magickal runes or anything of that sort.

Just bring your attention to the center of your forehead. Become aware of your skin, bones, and muscle in the center of your forehead.

After only a few seconds of focusing your attention on the center of your forehead, you’ll also notice something that has nothing at all to do with your physical body.

You’ll notice a definite pressure in the center of your forehead.

This is the omnipotent power of your God Self pushing against this energy center, WAITING TO BE UNLEASHED!

3. Inhale deeply, and notice how the pressure increases.

In fact, the longer that you focus your attention on your Third Eye, the more intense the pressure will become.

In only a few short minutes, it will feel like your head is going to explode with the power that is inside of you.
As you exhale, rather than just letting air out of your lungs, let out a long sigh.

The sigh will sound like an “AH,” like you are discovering a new level of relaxation.

The AH sound is actually called a Bija Mantra, which is a Seed Sound – a powerful sound that literally commands the forces of creation, sustenance, and destruction.

As the AH sound leaves your mouth, you’ll feel the pressure behind your forehead, the power of your Third Eye, moving out of your Third Eye.

This will feel like a door has opened in your forehead.

As you continue to breathe in, building pressure in your Third Eye, and breathe out, releasing that pressure with the Bija Mantra, an actual vortex of power will stream out of your Third Eye into the world.

As a word of caution, as you’re performing this SIMPLE meditation, you will indeed be generating a massive amount of raw power.

hey Mark if my third eye opened I can see a ghost? so scary

Some people have reported that they can indeed. That opening your third eye will open you up to a whole world of psychic information that you previously had no idea existed.

So is it evil or not because some people says it's evil or came from satan's power and others says not cause it can help us control our mind WHAT! So confusing but for me don't know lol

And mark how do I know if my third eye opened or how do I feel it?

just think about that: if christians say, that practicing meditation, yoga,... is evil (someone said to me, that even looking to tarot cards can make you posessed by a demon ), but simutaneously they say that god is good and god is everything that exists.. where the fuck should be the empire where satan reigns ?!
furthermore, that people want to judge you for some eastern techniques and do some heavy trance stuff on their own.
e.g:
same with muslims. their whole prayer technique is a trance induction.

There is nothing evil or satanic about practicing Telekinesis or any other kind of psychic power. We all heard about one of our own being lambasted by his OWN PARENTS and called a freak for being interested in the paranormal and developing his psychic power.

Not cool man. Not cool.

If you're afraid of doing specific kinds of meditation techniques, you should not do it.
Believe me, fear is the very last thing you want to deal with when you're doing energy-work !!!
So first of all, do away with your fear ! Or better, replace it with unconditional love.
Franz Bardon names it "graftage of the soul" and for legitimate reasons it is the first thing you learn before you start the first meditations in his textbook.

I really do get what you're saying. Long story short, nasty dream, beamed out golden rays of unconditional love, darkness fell and the dream was back to normal.

Its amazing what you can do in the dreamworld. Its an ideal place to train your psychic power as you are not restricted by the laws of time or space.

Danger is real but fear is a choice. If you choose to overcome your fear, I highly suggest you to meditate on it while watching this video:

Hey bro, you were right, I can learn telepathy faster. Today i told my friend to think of a number from 1 to 5, I activated my third eye and told him that he was thinking of 2, and it was correct.

I have the feeling that people in psychic/spiritual communities are focusing too much on 1 chakra (always just the 3rd eye) and don't care about others.

Also there are some masters that say that you should try not push your awakening and transformation by will and focusing on 1 chakra but just meditate and let the higher spirit change things for you and guide you toward where you should go. What do you think about it?

It seems that people think 3rd eye is the most important chakra but again I've read from yogi masters that the hearth chakra is the most important?

Also if you have fear because of demons attacking you and other things you can think of the purer being (or ideas/concepts) you know of and ask for protection or concentrate fully on him (maybe Jesus Christ or god for example or other people). Generally it works well.
