Actually, I had a question about this too.
So, I recently found a tip for opening my third eye...just focus on it. Simple, but absurdly effective. So I did this while meditating and felt this enormous pressure in the back of my head, around the part where the skull connects to the spinal column. At first when I did this, I thought it was just an issue with my neck, so I would relax and the pressure would go away.
But now I think the pressure has to do with something else. Do you think it may have something to do with a blockage at that point in my body...the throat chakra comes to mind, that's causing the pressure, or is that really just the Pineal Gland getting the exercise that it's been deprived of the past 20+ years of my life?
And the location of the pressure is curious as well. When I'm focusing on, say the right half of my third eye, the pressure is on the right side of my head, and vice versa with the left. Should I try to deliberately keep the pressure on both sides, or simply allow it sort itself out?
