Your third eye is in a stimulative state and actually (depends on how long you've been meditating) it activates a portion of its potential that you can use, however, only if you know how and when to use it course.

How to balance third eye chakra

Your third eye is becoming active but not completely activated, and after awhile, you will get used to the pressure. Aligning the third eye to the other chakras is very easy. What I do is that I get into a meditative state and visualize my chakras. Starting with the root chakra, I visualize a red orb spinning at a fast rate. It spins so fast, all of the negativity is thrown out which I visualize as this black water. I do the same to the other chakras for about a few seconds and repeat in multiple cycles until I feel that it is enough. At the end, I visualize everything working perfectly fine and is normal.

I also use kyanite to align and balance my chakras. Kyanite is easy to obtain and comes in multiple colors. Just having the crystal on you can align, balance, activate and cleanse your chakras. Blue is great for psychic development and dream work, black for grounding and protection, green is for healing, and orange is for building self-esteem and positive thinking. All colors can still work with all chakras, but they will work better on its corresponding color.
