Honestly I do spend bending the same way I practice telekinesis in general, I just will it to be soft where I want to bend it and it will typically do so as I wish.  I've written a lengthy explanation of it on my community forums Beginner's Guide to Spoon Bending, in short, for those that don't wish to visit the link, it's another variation of the "Just Do It" method I typically use and show a video explaining spoon bending and telekinesis with my method . while I bend the ever living hell out of the neck of a spoon.

So do you guys do spoon bending the way I do it or do you do the visualization method with the energy and all that jazz that I commonly see other's talk about and commonly see a PK parties?

I'm more of the visualization with energy type to be honest u///u

As for tips, I usually just depend on my electrokinesis to do stuff for me, though I'm still working on it even now, there's already a definite feeling of electric connection between my hands and the object, just not strong enough to influence the object on a large scale just yet, so if one's good at electrokinesis, they'll probably be able to bend spoons easily

Yeah, about that, I was speaking to a friend of mine, an old friend, earlier today and he reminded me about the psiball constructs we made ages ago.  I forgot the damn thing was even there. Psiball Basics so uh, psiballs =\ if you need it.  It could help you with spoon bending.

I actually did psiballs a few months ago, nothing happened much so I'm probably doing it wrong or something lol thanks for the link, might help me with what I'm doing wrong n.n *reads link*
