Telekinesis is the abilty to move objects with the power of your mind. Is Telekinesis real? You bet your ass it is.
We all have the potential to learn telekinesis and with right training, practise and meditation you too can learn how to develop not only telekinesis, also Telepathy, clairvoyance and precognition. The whole damn spectrum of Extrasensory perception.
Once you have mastered Lesson Two, the Force Push, Lesson Three, the Force Pull and are able to spin a Psi Wheel with ease then you will be ready to combine these three Telekinesis abilities and spin objects, in this case a spoon. A plastic spoon I might add, as somebody suggested to disprove the use of magnets in the telekinesis demonstration.
