Project Star gate is the collective name for advanced psychic functioning or Remote viewing experiments and programs that were undertaken for over twenty years to create a trainable, repeatable, operational and if at all possible, accurate method of psychic spying(remote viewing) or information gathering for the U.S. Military and intelligence agencies (CIA, NSA, DIA).

Imagine if this was still in place. The government spying us psychically using talented psychics for remote viewing.

Its amazing how through out human history many of the greatest technological and medical breakthroughs have come during times of war.

We should also point out that the Russians were also working on psychic warfare and were developing psychotronic weapons. One story goes that while president Reagan was on a state visit the KGB blasted him with a psychotronic weapon from a hotel opposite. It worked by emitting microwave radiation.

Chavez's name was being spoken here for a while during his illness. Since we're so close to venezuela, I should do better investigation on it. I never went to venezuela though(on vacation). Only a weekend with my mother and I could also see it when I'm near the south seaside here at Curacao. Sometimes you can clearly see the mountains.
Anyways, do I think it's possible? Nothing's impossible. It may have something to do with highly skilled psychics or psychotronic devices and weapons.
