This is just a small guide i use to have trouble astral projecting now its the easiest thing for me.

1 make sure your in a comfortable place i lay down on my bed some people don't lay down at all its preference

2 close your eyes and put focus on your third eye well staying completely still the goal is to trick your body into falling asleep while your mind stays awake.

3 your are going to experience a vibrational feeling almost like a numbness on certain parts of your body or throughout, this is normal do not panic the process of astral projection is not dangerous.

4 Once you get out of your body you many experience ringing or a radio frequency type sound this is also normal, also do not get to excited or to freaked out this will cause you to wake back up in your physical body (easier said then done).

5 good luck with your astral journeys and most important part be safe!.

It is possibly that while you are using astral projection, you could be using the black knight (since you said ringing sounds) as well. Maybe it could possibly be what is giving the experience, but obviously my observation... not entirely. Maybe just as a booster or an enhancement for your experience. Plus, if you are 'projecting' yourself maybe the black knight is what your projecting into.?.? Also, I believe if you know that going in you could possibly get a better experience out of it.
