What strange events you experienced as a child?

I remember when I was about 6-8 years, it was summer and we were with my family at our cottage. Then I woke up at night and saw some kind of huge demon/spirit/i dont know staring at me, then it started to watch every corner in the room but didn't move from the spot, and then it started do something else like eating something from its hand and continued staring at me. Then I started to shout to my big brother who was sleeping in same room with me and he just said to me angry go back to sleep. I tried to sleep but the thing didn't disappeared until the morning.

Second thing happened to me same summer at the same cottage. I woke up at night and somehow I got feeling that I have to look outside at the window and I saw at the sky some strange ancient indian/asian statue.

As a child I awoke one night from a bad dream about a dead relative, I was crying, I was upset. We were on holiday, in a caravan at the time and I ran from my room into the living area in search of my mother. She wasn't there and I screamed. The cushions on the couch raised themselves up into the air and flew across the room. The cupboard doors flew open and slammed shut and the trailer shook. A neighboring holiday goer ran into the room after hearing my scream and all the activity stopped, dead. Stuff literally fell out of the air, the cupboard doors all stayed open. Turns out that my mother had gone to the toilet block...

For years I had counted this as a poltergeist attack. It is only now in after all my research and psychic training that it has become apparent to me that this was not in fact a paranormal experience, that I may not have been visited by the spirit world. You see many Parapsychologists and Paranormal investigators have found that in many Poltergeist cases the cause has actually been a person in the house doing unintentional telekinesis. It is possible for TK to over spill when your emotions are pushed. That's why we have the first rule, never use Telekinesis while angry.

That reminds me about other thing that happened same summer at the cottage. I just watched first time star wars episodes 4-6 and I imagined that my flashlight was light saber. When I went to bed I left my flashlight at the table, then I started to imagine and tried to get it without leaving my bed, of course didn't work. Then I saw a dream that I moved the flashlight to my bed, when I woke up it was standing on the edge of my bed.

i have two stories. the first is when i was a child my mother would always hear me talking to someone (she told me this and over time i started to remember) she would always hear me from the other room having a conversation with something but she never knew what. and when she would walk in i would pretend to sleep. from my memories i remember something that was very angelic something that resembled jesus. as a child i was very religious and often prayed to for jesus and guardian angels to protect me. i just find it fascinating that that even happened.

the second story was something that stuck with me for a very long time. i still remember to this day the scene and everything. i was in the second grade and i was playing on the playground.(as a child i was diagnosed with a.d.d. and a.d.h.d.. my mother never gave me medicine because she believed over time i would gain control of it this. what I'm trying to get at is that is i was really focused on my thought and everything that happened in my mind but not the outside world.) i was swinging on a swing and suddenly i jumped off to see how high i could get. i was going to do my normal hit the ground and roll thing. i was about 4 ft from the ground when suddenly it was like i was suspended in time. i started to panic i looked around and i saw every other kid on that play ground like they where frozen. i was amazed and scared at the same time. after about 20 seconds thats when it was like the play button was hit i hit the ground rolled and everything was back to normal. because of my knowledge now i can almost be sure this was chronokinesis. this story has always stuck with me. other people would never believe me when i would say this but it never made me not believe

that same thing wight the statue would happen to my friends sister. she would wake up in the middle of the night and see a giant statue just starring right at her

Does anyone have any idea what that statue thing means?

Depending on what she dreamed on or watch, read ect. I wouldn't quickly jump to the paranormal. But still interesting though.

I was awake when I saw that statue in the sky. If I found picture of it Ill put it here.

I saw a ghost women fly toward me when I was child. After that I run as fast as I can to my bed...

when i was a young boy, i was standing in my living room eating a fudge round when i stuck my tongue full of eaten food at my dad ( we called it sea food) and he had hit me on the arm ( playfully) but i took it serious and instantly i had an obe where i seen myself standing there crying

When i first moved into my present house a week after i had a deam while im my house and there was a spirit in the house who would make a coil follow me around (i this was creepy at the time because i never new about this stuff) and would pop out anywhere, (this was very frightning to me because i was 10 and i never new about spirits or ghosts at the time)

I had a really long story about when I used to live in an apartment with my mom. But I don't care. Interesting guys

No paranormal activity happened when i was a kid...they started happening after I turned 23...now most of them happens when im with my sis in law...she sees or hears nothing while i go bonkers...strange it is.

Everything in my life is strange already-events are only little bit of it.

That happens. I learned that I shouldn't be afraid or scared about it. I had the experience that I should learn and tell to people about them in some cases to help understand more about these abilities and events.

The strangest thing that happened to me was when I was very young. At night one time after seeing a cartoon with a similar scene, I've dreamed that my bed was starting to fly away in a spiral motion and it felt really real. But then I think I fell asleep and don't really remember anything else.

I also had this kind of OBE where I saw myself crying being led to the car by my parents after hitting my head very hard after falling.
