Hi everyone im new here im interested in learning telekinesis and mind reading and also element kinesis. Hoping that anyone could help me especially mr. Mark mauvais.

There is no right or wrong way of doing it. But try to experiment with meditation at first. Meditation opens you to a state of the mind where you can easily achieve these things. Then try looking up different techniques on each of these abilities. Such as visualization techniques, energy manipulation techniques ect.

Explore with it yes. Mostly during my visualization I visualize connecting with the energy around me. Like they are a gas of molecules in the air and within everything. But you can also visualize yourself doing tk for confidence. Experiment with it

Can you suggest which is better? My chi going out of my hands like invisible hands and wrapping sround an object and when i move my arms it also moves.. or like you said connecting to the energy around me which is also the same energy within every object??

What I can move varies. Lesson 1 and 2 are part of Mark's guide, which are very helpful. Lesson 1 is to direct kinetic energy through and with support of the wind to create physical movement on a light object. Lesson 2 is to direct only kinetic energy towards the object to create physical movement(without moving hands).

You don't need to open your chakras to do TK. Those are just beneficial things. Someone can be hardcore scientific and still do TK as well as a 'spiritual' master. I think at the end what matters is that you do it. Not to put too much focus on how it has to be done. Cause there is no right or wrong way. I can't tell you what will work for you cause I am not you. You have to figure out what works the best by yourself. You can look for more experienced people, yes. But they can only guide you towards your own way of learning these things.

By building your internal energy. Chi is more than psychic energy, it's life. So chances of building it is better with a healthy lifestyle by keeping a healthy physical and psychological wellbeing. But in your case, I think meditation would be enough.

Indigoteen98. What should i do ??when i perfomormed the lesson 1 My left arm where i usually right and hold things can do it easoly but my other arm where i dont write with and less hold things with can barely do lesson 1 why is that and what should i do?? Thnks

Cause mostly(though not always) your dominant hand directs energy better. While the non-dominant hand is more receptive(recieve and read energy such as with psychometry). There is nothing you need to do about it. It's how it is.

I cant really perform lesson 1 in my right arm while i can quite perform on the left arm it isnt equal should i just put on some more effort in my right arm when practicing lesson 1??

No, the hand which feels more natural for doing TK.

Then what should i do with my other arm??

Then what should i do with my other arm . And by the way when performing tk we get chi from the lower dian tien right?? But where is it exactly located?? Under the belly button or in the area around the belly button and also includes the belly button itself??

And is opening the third eye also required in doing tk??

And what is the real lesson 1 in tk. Because in mark's documentary he said lesson one is the psi wheel bu in this website it's the other thing?? Please tell me the real lesson 1

Opening third eye boosts tk but is not mandatory. I recommend you practice first with your better hand. I'm left handed but right is much stronger in tk. Then you should try practice with another hand too because there are lessons/practices where you have to use both hands.

Also, one doesn't have to use hands for tk. And the lesson target also doesn't matter, for as long as you keep practising.

With practice, your body and mind will be cleansed and chakras opening up on their own. Then you'll also be feeling the energy better, where to draw from and so on..

It just takes concentration, dedication and intent.

Meditation isn't exactly sitting in any position(or even sitting at all). It is just being aware of yourself for a moment. But that is more on mindfulness.
If what you mean is the usual closing eyes ect. then also you don't need to sit in the lotus position. It has it's own benefits but then again every yoga posture does. So it's really depending on what you want to do.
