Okay now I am jealous!!! This is amazing zamzam! I wish I could visit you and see it with my own eyes! I mean videos help a LOT to practice etc. But to actually witness this, that must be huge for self improvement! How did you do that? Could you write me a little tutorial at how you start with the fork/spoon to your thoughts and feelings etc? I am quite good now to do this with a tin foil of alluminium, but anything that is heavier and is not moving just a little bit because of air circulation does not move
After seeing this guy proofing his abilities: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNctiOZPdO8 and now seeing you do the SAME thing!!! WOW!!! What amazing! This at least gives me an idea WHAT IS POSSIBLE!
But it would help me a LOT if you could write me a small list at how you start from beginning to end. So to speak your before work, middle work, and end result! That would mean a lot for me!

I move the fork by forming a energy ball, when that done, i guide the ball to the fork and give the fork energy. I then visualize string attach to the fork tightly. I pull my hand and the fork come with me. Sorry if it don't make sense.
First when i start telekinesis, i start doing psi wheel, it took me 3 weeks just to move it. I found out on website that if you meditate and do qigong, it'll boost it up. I open my third eye first before doing that. After 3 months of meditation, i try to move a piece of paper and it work. I keep meditating and do qigong until i can move heavy object.
