wow that was amazing Pixie! Love it and your face after that was priceless! I guess it helps to move a can when it is lying on the edge hm? That's what I am doing too, at first I practiced push on the back of my pc mouse! Then on the table! Helps a lot when the object has not complete contact to the ground where it is standing or lying. Awesome job!

Great! That makes me feel a bit bad about not training enough and making no progress in push/pull though :p Hopefully, I'll take a break and turn that into motivation. What was the first thing you were able to force push? I'm training with a piece of cigarette paper, but I reckon it's too small to easily focus on it (my best performances in psi-wheel are with a big ass A3 painted papyrus).

I began training actually with a Psi Wheel which I think is unusual because apparently you're supposed to learn push/pull first. After turning the psi wheel successfully I moved onto paper and gradually proceeded upwards cardboard and to plastic cards. Good luck can't wait to see the progress.

| Nice pixie!
In your videos you still have a great distance between your hands and the object, I'm sure you could move objects without your hands. Have you tried? |

Hi!! To answer your question, yes I can move without hands but it seems to be a lot more difficult because firstly my hands provide an energy or force which I actually use to interact with the object, and my mind (third eye) is what is able to envision the object moving. I have just practiced using my mind the hands also help me visualize the direction of air flow and i find that it's helpful.

Pixie let me ask you a question, as I am still troubling to move these bigger objects I learned so far that it is a help to provide fake wind with hands for moving smaller objects, at some point a fast hand movement is not needed anymore, then it can be gentle and the object still moves with high speed. Like pushing foil or paper pieces all over the table! No problem anymore. I also can move 2 psi wheels the same time, same direction... But when it comes to bigger objects, I just can't provide a lot of air or wind with my hands to make the first damn movement.... Why on earth am I having trouble to move bigger things, like pens, cans, or even damn toilet paper rolls? On what do you focus? Do you focus on the objects? Or actually on your hands??? What do you feel with your hands and how does it feel? I always have this electric tingling in my hands, but it doesn't matter when I focus on this feeling. the objects stays stubborn and does not move I would love to take the step up to move bigger objects as well!

Your Amazing Pixie! That face at the end! Oh and Tanjeria I have seen some of your posts and I feel like you and I are very similar! Not physically, as we are different genders, but mentally.

Hi Tanj!!! I will try my best to answer all of your question to benefit your practice, but let me just say I definitely have seen a progression in your work from vids as well. You must remember it takes time a long long long time. i have focused for hours on one particular object even an entire day. I do not recommend using your energy skills for longer then a period of 6 hours a day because i find after that I am actually very worn out. I also want to share with you something I just learned about while studying "CHI" Energy. It really amazes me how the western culture interprets "telekinesis" as a paranormal or strange phenomenon which we are not willing to embrace or accept. However in eastern cultures it's interpreted as a way of life and even in certain cultures a right of passage. Most people actually have Chi masters and practice on a daily basis, some ancient societies even had a hierarchy system based upon people who possess a stronger "chi force" It's completely accepted and thought of as a regular activity. When we remember that everybody has the ability to move objects and practice many kinds of Kinesis, and that mass cultures accept and practice this belief regularly it re-enforces the idea of belief. Which to me is the main key factor which will help you move larger objects "belief" you have to feel confident that the object will move and believe me I have failed many times because I got frustrated and felt it was impossible so there for it became impossible. The mind is a very powerful tool and you can convince yourself to heal, to forget, to move objects and many other things. Once you believe you can move a larger object with mass you will. But belief must come before movement otherwise there will be no movements. On to the next few tips I can provide, however I feel almost guilty giving you advice since I don't consider myself advanced. Focus, is a tricky one I begin by turning off all the noise in my mind, no thoughts what-so ever. Once I have achieved a point where i feel so relaxed I begin my breathing techniques. This is also important because it helps you to gain synchronicity. The feeling of becoming in sync with your breath movements and your body is very important you'll know you;re in sync when you begin to feel all the energy moving through your body up and down like waves. At least that's how it happens for me. At this point (probably about 20 min warmup) you can begin to loop (mark explains this in his documentary very well) I variated his technique slightly but this is what I do. I begin to FEEL all the energy from my toes and legs and push it upwards to my stomach, heart, throat and then third eye. Once it has all reached the third eye shakra I push the energy all of it in to my palms. Then I use the energy from my hands and my breathing to connect with and feel the object. Then you usually see the object shake, at first when this happened I thought my vision was blurry and It may actually still be the case but from this point where I have a (hook) wether or not the object is actually shaking or my vision is actually blurred I have a hook because I am seeing movement one way or another and then that belief turns into movement. I make sure to use my palms but do not over focus on your hands because i find that can be a mental distraction. I really hope this helps you and I'm sorry if it's confusing. I wanted you all a question, i heard from a friend that if practiced improperly the buildup of energy not being released can actually affect you or harm you? Is this true? Does anyone have any info on proper vs improper methods of practice? Thanks!

The skill with the can is awesome pixie, and as Mark and Tanj stated, your smile was priceless:) I appreciate your write-up and suggestions to Tanj. I will take this information to heart in my own practice.

Thank you so much for the suggestions Pixie! This will help me a lot to go further. Yeah I thought so, that it has a lot to do with believe. because when I started with 15 I could not move anything. Hence I did not even have internet yet to study it correctly. So a simple paper wheel did not move one millimeter! When I was 17 I started once again and I told myself over the time, that I believe it is real. It can't be fake! And with 17 I had my first shakings and slow movements, same paper wheel! Now I am 27 and it seems, that watching a lot of videos helps a lot! Therefore, you are absolutely right, it has to do with believe! I will try to incorporate your energy looping. Do you use your hands for this? Or do you feel the energy and just visualize it?

BTW. Pixie today I tried force pull on a piece of paper and did it like you said. I actually came to that point, where the paper shaked slightly. But whenever that happens I get interrupted, because I see the shaking happening! But I could not bring it to pull from that stage. I guess it has to do with practice. But at least I got that focus and gaze that you described and could shake it a little bit. I mean it is not heavy paper and that paper shakes but does not fall, is really amazing to me xD lol... I wonder what was missing, for the final pull
