How come?

I tried to do astral projection, my third eye exploded! My head was spinning around and around, I tried to get out of bed, but no such luck. I could feel my astral trying to wiggle out of my physical hands but then again, no such luck. However; I think I may have started talking to the spirits. There names of it. Names that I don't actually see in the first time around but I soon got to it.

After alk that, I just imagined being that place and saw a hand. I place my item on the floor. Let's see if anyone got my item.

This is the weirdest sleep I've ever had.

I didn't get a very strong connection last night. In parts it was sketchy and it was difficult to stay in one place. I felt like my mind was jumping to different areas. Was a tough one.

Hello everyone, I've been out here a while, I'll try to keep more active, tonight will be trying AP, met at mount everest, bye my friends.

Idk if I'm doing it right. How long should you imagine stepping into the astral plane, and the warmth of the shield? Do you actually feel your body separating from your astral body or do you just visualize it? I do still feel a bit light headed. Also when I move my body I feel some sort of sensation, like static electricity. Right now I feel quite strange. When I was doing this astral thing I did suddenly think of a nail being jabbed into my eye.

I'm going again. And sorry I forgot Mark. It is 6 or 5 hours different then here.
