I have achieved a point where i can start moving straws, but i do need the hands to help
what i visualize?
i visualize my energy coming out of my hands in one straight direction. please tell me what you think of my progress. i would love to hear it, it also gives me courage to do more telekinesis more off tin

i visualize my chi as soft smoke... it's flying slowly and loafing around... so I can create any shape with it...
