Yes. But you don't exactly have to do the Ohhmm mantra. You can just keep meditating and focus on your chakras. There are lots of threads on ajna chakra opening.

I came up with like a own method i woke up and layed in my bed and closed my eyes and imagined a white enegery orb ciruclating trough my chakras and i did that for like 5min and i felt little dizzy and small pressure, does that mean that it works to open my 3rd eye and chakras? Thanks.

The point of the ohms are many. To stop your mind wandering and thinking of other things but most importantly to get on a higher vibrational frequency.

Why does it feels scary to even think about opening your third eye, i mean i dont really want to start seeing creepy thingys???? please give me some more info about it, ive read your article Mark, and why open your third eye if it doesent feel right and you still progressing in your telekinesis and pyrokinesis...???? I just dont get it, and im also positive to telekinesis and open but opening the third eye just feels wrong. And once for all is it neccessary to open it really? Hope i can get some help here this is really bothering me. Thanks have a nice day

What level of telekinesis are you at? Paper weight?
If you're having success already then perhaps it was already open.. what about the other areas of extrasensory perception?

Just gonna say thank you for replying that fast Mark nice of you A year or a half year ago i started telekinesis,that time i could only move psi-wheel smoothly but a stoped maybe after a week. and now i started telekinesis again like 8 days ago and it worked really good, i can move the psi wheel using normal paper,tinfoil,and hevier paper like money and my pyrokinesis progress has been very good i can start pulsing the flame almost imidiatly when i put my hand/finger close. And for the first time under these days i tried the push and pull techniques, i succeded on the third day (i've only succeded to pull a pice of tinfoil a few times and that was great) under these days when is started telekinesis again i've had some noticble ESP experiences but they have been randomly. I have never really meditated before but i've would be really happy if my third eye is allready open becuase its bothering me very much. I can tell you more about the esp if u want. Thanks:D

I opened my third eye in about 10 minutes with 2nd way to open the third eye, it more easier than the 1st one XD
