Hello i'm new here  
I have some serious thoughts about the third eye.
i feel like im not ready to open my third eye because im a little "afraid" and/or i doesn't feel right.
i want to ask you here on the forum if it's totaly neccessary to open the 3rd eye?? , i have good progress in telekinesis and pyrokinesis i've been doing it for like 2 weeks.
im also been thinking if my third eye is allready open

Don't be. There's nothing to be afraid of if you think positive . That's the only problem in my opinion that most of you have, the negativity.

Is it totally nesseccery to open it or do i think its allready open?

I meditated picturing a cloud above my crown chakra cleaning my mind and as it goes down my body it cleanse all my chakras. You should feel a pressure between your eyebrows.

Is its permanently open after that, and is it enough if i do it once and how long?

when your third eye is open,you cant close it again because when it is closed it will open again..
