I just realized I was living a TK lie. Isn't it a "coincidence" how my head usually has to be close to the paper, even when I'm wearing a mask/have my shirt over my nose? And I have to do it when the paper is balanced in a position where it could easily fall. Either way, the paper would have fell anyway, probably.

Well, thinking that it's a lie won't help you in any way, shape, or form. Keep an open mind and this is a classic example why you should do the psi-wheel first. Even if it's just for proof, do the psi-wheel.

He's right. And if you really want proof move things under glass. Don't say it's impossible because most people can when they are leveled up. Even I did it.

I got the psi wheel done, I'm good with it. I keep running into possible reasons why the psi wheel spins, It could be anything! So I know you guys's experiences/tk is real. I'll just see what happens in the next few days.

False alarm, turns out I just had to keep an open mind, my TK is back

I am also doubting I have TK. I know it's a real thing, but I don't know if I'm actually telekinetic. The psi-wheel does have unnatural movements sometimes, but that's not proof of TK. I have done it under a bowl, and it has moved quite a bit, but that was probably the wind making its way under the bowl. I just can't be sure it's TK.

That's the problem. Don't think it's the wind. Or you'll never be sure of yourself.

I know where you're coming from. The scientific part of me wanted to find the "Logical Explanation" for the wheel moving for so long. Trust me, Tk is real. You'll get there.

I am not telekinetic. I just tried the psi-wheel away from my window, and it didn't move one bit. I will probably never be telekinetic too. I also can't meditate correctly. The only psychic thing I might be able to do is Clairvoyance. Although, I'm probably not Clairvoyant either. I know these psychic abilities are real, I just have no way of reaching them. If I could open my third eye, I could possibly reach out and grab the psychic abilities. Thinking back, I probably have just a smudge of Clairvoyance, but a smudge is smudge. Does anyone have any tips on how to open the third eye. Meditation alone will not work for me.

Jake maybe you're forcing the flow of energy. for me it helps to start with feeling the energy and let it flow to your desired object. keep flowing it naturally (once you understood how it fell), there will be a twitch or a slight movement. Now that you're connected to the energy object consistently flow it if you have to via your third eye.

I experiment it on my wife yesterday, she is a skeptics. i asked her to do simple task, look at the object and open her palm aim to it. Then i assisted her by moving my palm (not touching) from her elbow to the palm, repeating it to make a consistent flow. the object fell and that is her first time.

Well, it turns out that I am telekinetic

Last night, I tried the psi-wheel. I made sure no wind could reach it. Just about 30 seconds in, it started to move. I kept practicing with it for maybe 2 hours, and it kept moving through all of that time. It couldn't have been the wind. Also, when I would think of it moving a direction, it would move in that direction. Usually, it went one direction, switched, and went the other direction. I could make it stop, and when I couldn't decide which direction I wanted it to go quick enough, it would look like it was being touched, and stop moving. I could also feel the energy in my hands. Basically, the more they "tingled" the more it moved. The visualizations seemed like they did nothing, and it was just my energy doing it. I will keep visualizing though, because it probably controlled how much energy went out. Anyway, I may have been telekinetic before, but I definitely am now!

Yes, there was a happy ending for me, which means that there can be one for you!  

Think of it like this, being able to do the force pull and push on tin foil and paper without moving your hands, taking a small break, then losing all of it and not being able to get it back. Yep. That's me.

That's how I felt, but then I just practiced and got it all back. So, you just have to practice with the psi-wheel. Use the psi-wheel, you'll see more results!

Jake imagine you and the psi wheel have opposite energies, like 2 magnets have opposite atoms/particles/whatever so they repel away from each other. But when they have to the same particles/atoms/whatever, they attract.

what is the key to not using hands?

Sending energy through only the Third Eye. It's hard because the 3rd eye is only there to view or to let you have experience outside the physical body. It's harder in my opinion. With hand you can repeat the same feelings you had when making a psiball. I visualize a string of energy shooting through my forehead.

Epic, I used to try to imagine it that way, but that method didn't work for me.

Nazir, when I do TK with no hands I just imagine the energy already existing, and I direct it to the wheel. I do not imagine it coming from my third eye. I think that this method might work better than imagining it coming from the third eye.

I use both. That method does indeed work as well. So use what you think works or create your own methods. I do that for most of my ESP abilities.

Jake, what I do with the pull with the third eye (no hands), is I just imagine a line of energy coming out of the piece of paper, and into my third eye area. And I also imagine the thing with the same energies n' stuff.
