As you know, any physical movement requires energy. This includes, walking, jumping, solving arithmetic, and even psychokinesis. A while back, I saw a video of a witch explaining witchcraft. One thing I found frightening is that she said her friend over used witchcraft, and kept draining her energy supply. After one year of doing this, her friend prematurely aged, and looked sickly. Witchcraft is pretty much the same as all psychic abilities, so if we over use our psychic abilities, we'll end up like her. How can we prevent this over use of energy? The answer is to gain more energy. Everyone loves energy, energy is good for you. In the 1900's people thought that electricity could solve all medical issues, it can't exactly do that though. Anyway, we need energy. How might we do that? We have to take it from something else that has energy. Now, you can steal it from another living creature, but that causes them to suffer. Energy is everywhere, so getting it from somewhere else should be no problem. The heat of a fire, the movement of a machine, and electricity. You could easily absorb energy from these sources, and more.
The question I have, is how does one go about absorbing energy?
