Well said. Phsyical healthy is as important as psychological health. Not saying that having a disablity is bad. Everyone can stay physically healthy by working out and avoid a lot of toxic for the cells of the body. If you're physically healthy you'll find it much confortable to be psychologically health(and then of course spiritually). This is why Buddhist monks and ancient mystics(yogis) have achieved incredible feats as well for Taoist practitioners of the mystical Chinese tradition. And some doesn't even focus on achieving the abilities. Just pure health and spiritual calmness.
