| it's not my idea. i've got this "meditation" from a youtube video. it's as simple as brilliant. the shit meditation:if you have to go to toilet, sit down on the pot, bring every stress, fear, anger,.. from the last days in your mind, let it move into your bowel and squeeze it out. after that, just flush all these bad emotions out of your life. it works !  |
