every time i meditate or try to AP i get hundreds of different feeling that make me feel really good. every time i do it. and almost all of these feelings are really familiar! i dont know if it is do to a past life or this happens to everyone. so what do you feel when meditating? and are these feelings familiar? do you know why they might seem familiar?

People who are kineasthetic are people who interpret their sensory input in terms of 'feeling'. There is no right way or wrong way and for me now it is easy to see that you think in this way. You know I always say "in every second we take in eleven billion pieces of information which we have to filter out whats important"? People will give you clues about the way they think and we have to be perceptive and aware to receive this obvious information.

You're a sensitive soul. Remember the hate thread? Hate is a feeling. You know when you said about people teasing you about your legs? feeling. In this thread you were asking about the sensations you experience during meditation... feelings.

Some people would have asked about visualization or how to shut the voice in their heads up, but for you the thing you experience most is physical sensation. I bet you are the kind of person who says things like "i trust my guts" or "i have a bad feeling about this". I bet when you do something good you feel like a warm sensation or conversely feel sick when you've done bad. That's because of the way your brain interprets information.

Mark, I have problems centering myself during meditation. Clearing "my own" voice in my head. I was able to do it once and only once. That moment of clarity made me feel energy in a way I could never use words to facilitate a description. That's what I attempt to achieve now. I can never get that same feeling. What does that say about me?

yes, most of what you said is right for me. i do care a lot about feelings too. that may be the reason why i am an empath. do you think that now that i know this i should use it as a tool for TK? like feeling the object and such.

I think you are spot on Gus. You should use the kineastethic methods for TK. Remember in Telekinesis lesson 1 when I said about remembering the feeling in you arm? I bet thats a technique that you understood better than most others.

try earplugs or noise canceling headphones or do like me and use both. when you meditate you can hear a high pitch frequency in the background focus on it and bring it out of the background, keep focusing on it. after some time you will hear ripples in the tone of the frequency(best way to explain it).

also make sure your chin is leveled with the floor. if your chin is to low you will over think, if your chin is to high you will be sleepy. you want taht balance of both.

there is also your chakras, but thats a huge topic ill make on its own.

Thanks for the tip CruelCrusader. The guided meditation mark posted on his blog really helped me. It was the second time ever I was able to achieve a centered state of mind and transcend myself to a new plane of existence. It seems like every time I do that I gain a bit of momentum on my journey of self discovery

Mark, thank you. You really opened my eyes. I know remember that when i tried feeling "water/energy" out o my bodyi made the psi-wheel spin more times. Since you told me this i noticed many things about me.

Yesterday while doing a guided meditation to AP i was in a deep state and i couldn't open my eyes. I heard that means you are i a good deep Meditation state, that the body does it to protect the mind or something.Another thing that also happens to me when in a deep state of meditation is that my thumbs stick to my index fingers and i cant separate them. Does anyone know why this happens?
