Ok so im new to Telekinesis i understand every thing on how it will take time to learn but i need help on things that can help me for a beginner like me.
i need to know the basics on how to get energy and how to use it.

I understand that this can take years but im fine with it.

But i have some ideas that could help need to know if it will help

could Crystals help?

will meditation help?

and any other info can help me in the future

Crystals and gem stones are like my krypronite. I only wear my gem ring when I go out but that doesn't matter. Meditation is a BIG part of it. My hint for you is that when you can do something, stay at it until you become good at it. The more fun the more pleasure you have by doing these things. And the more pleasure, the more energy.

Thank you for the Info, Ill do some meditation but does it matter what type of meditation? or no or is it whats suited for me

It does NOT matter, besides that it has to involve relaxation (Which is meditation). Clear your mind, and relax. Feel the energy around you...

Telekinesis

Tele- Short for television, star wars is on television.
Kinesis- Another way of saying Kinetic, Kinetic energy is forced energy
FORCED, the force, aka telekinesis.

Psychokinesis means moved by spirit. But I would agree on what you say .

'Tele' means distant: Television is distant vision, Telephone is distant sound and so on...

I know, this is just my way of thinking about it.
