Hey everybody.   I know I just joined this forum and last night was my first attempt at moving a piece of paper I folded. My third eye was buzzing as I was doing this too so it was super active. I tried force pushing about a hundred times and got nothing. I am going to keep going at it though.

However, I did want to share at one point I imagined a beam coming from my third eye super fast. I was "poking" this piece of paper with just an imaginary beam of light coming from my third eye. So not a constant beam, just a Poke... poke... poke... with force. I noticed the paper moved a little. Not in a push way... but like it was actually poked. This was really cool. I tried again but got nothing because my eyes started hurting.

I will continue more practice tomorrow. I'm excited to learn more! I just wanted to share. Goodnight all.   

You should really start with a psi-wheel, it's a lot easier to move, and more movement discourages you less.

Jake, I was just thinking that! I just saw Marks post on that. I am going to make one in the morning.   

I saw his video of him moving the beer bottle. That was something else.   I'll get there one day! I meditate daily. That alone helps with my astral projection too. I notice if I ever get on a dry spell it's because I stopped meditating!

As I wrote this my third eye pulsated. It does that so much now.

Oh yeah that video, I think that's my favorite of his. I'm sure it'll help a lot to meditate daily.

I found out the more you chill the more you could feel the power come out of ur hand from ur body. Actually you can direct The energy flow in ur body ,just like when you breathing in and out the oxygen to your body, u could feel a strong energy from root chakra through the other six till crown chakra.

I like your visualization of poking the paper.

agree. the more you chill, the better you feel the enery. but also: the more you feel the energy, the more difficult it is to chill.   paradox.

I don't know if u noticed that when we meditating breathing in the air to our body from nose to 3rd eye to body we could get a strong happiness feeling its more than 100% feeling good than the orgasm I assumed. you would feel positive energy ,happiness feeling, exciting (like orgasm)fill full of ur body, makes you looks good and feel younger and energetic.

good old kundalini interesting that you compare it with the orgasm, because it effects the orgasm as well as samadhi.
what i was talking about are the small manifestations that make it difficult to get there. in my case these are tingling at the nose, jerking eyelids or an electricity like feeling all over the skin.
