hey guys just curious i did the exercise to open my third eye and everything went as planned the question was...am i supposed to do that exercise everyday to strengthen my abilities? or is it just a one time thing? if anyone could help id greatly appreciate it thanks

It is to open the third eye. And yes it's best to keep training it until you just feel and know the third eye is opened and you're during the awakening process.

@Silvas: Nazir mean that you don't need to keep trainning it after you has opened the third eye XD
