ever since i have gotten good at my psychic abilities it seems i am less and less tired with each night and i just lay there for ages trying to fall asleep i finally do but anyway do you think it has something to do with my minds increased capabilities? maybe im using more of my mind ? maybe sleep isnt needed as much when you use your brain like it was supposed to be used?  

Our bodies were not used to the energy we have now. Many people have many different feelings and experiences due to the change. I think that is just because your body is getting used to the energy you now have. So it is a good signal, you are improvin well!
Ps: a tip to get asleep faster if you want to: i imagine a violing being played. Sometimes even voices or an orchestra.

sex doesnt make me tired XD im only getting a few hours of sleep usually going to bed alittle before or after 3 and staying wired all day! and i could still go for anouther few hours when i actually lay down

At your age I had sleeping issues too. The best way to sleep earlier is to get up earlier. Set your alarm for seven and get up regardless of how tired you may feel. Do that for three days and you'll start being tired at 10pm. There's no use in going to bed earlier and lying there looking at the ceiling, the trick is to get up earlier and force your body clock to change.

Like my hero René Descartes I never get up before noon. If I have to do something before then I will just stay awake.
