i've been bussy and tired the past days is it okey to take a break and for how long, i've noticed my psychic powers aren't working as good as usal. Thanks

If you take a break of course it will get your abilities a little break as well, that may be why most people's ability(psychokinesis) aren't working after that day(s) of break. But it's not bad, they may return stronger. And it's worth it getting a break, or if you don't want to get a break of telekinesis you can take a break of it and train on of the other ESP abilities.

You can still train mentally by rehearsing the actions and sensations in your mind. It's not as effective as real training but will prevent you from losing your abilities.
