in this thread/Video i will tell you how to resist fire heat for limited amounts of time using your Chi energy only! (note i wasnt feeling up to par today but i feel i had to make this video and thread for some reason) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lRlwdvT0qw what you do is start at a level where the flames heat is minimum then work your way down to the lowest part of the fire without touching it when you hand starts to feel hot imagine your green chi energy enveloping your hand resisting the fire, i lost concintration several times during the video XD thanks for watching NF
