Guys I need some tips on this (small long object). How do you guys focus your energy on the object? I find it difficult to direct the energy because of its small surface. Also I realised most of you also use 2 hands on surface with friction. What is the purpose of one hand and the other one.

Yes. Your palm chakras will increase your energy. Doing it without hands is way harder.

at first i thought u guys were trying to levitate it a bit just to reduce the friction xD

finally got to move my first styrofoam cup with complete command (consecutively) but this time its really weird. i think I didnt push it with hand chakra anymore (atleast not much). i dont feel the energy flow of my chi as heavy during a force push exercise.
i dont know how to describe it, its more like i give it command through my mind. vision was a bit blurred, a slight gesture of finger and command on mind creates the movement. u ever felt that nazir? its my first time doing that .. i need to try it again and capture it on video

I was sure I even shake it by just looking at it with empty mind. The hand gesture with little chi energy commands the motion.

Any similar experience?

Mark, I got a question. The video on your levitation on Pen, did you use pure chi energy? and your right hand, what was its role? somekind of a pivot?

dont know why, the pen just wont move lol but i can still move styrofoam and paper

Pen is one of the hardest things to move at first and when you do get the control of pen you will be able to move a variety of heavy objects. But best stay with straws and styrofoam cups for now.

I will not stop to keep making progress but know that I started with light objects.

Thanks for the tips Nazir, now that I know I can do paper and styrofoam cup, I think I will begin with mastering their controls and motions.

I don't really get to pull objects hope I can just touch Nazir' or mark and get strong chi ability immediately haha! Just like Edgar cayce learned something from those masters which were angels lead him to!

i dont know how to move a straw any tips

I wanted some tips on moving a straw if you could help me as well. how do you feel the object? sometimes I couldnt differentiate its energy because of its shape. Its so subtle I cant differentiate it for the energy of the floor or the object, I tried placing it isolated from anything else but whenever theres object (floor) it blends them. its sometimes its there and sometimes its not if you know what I mean. How do you learn to control it?
