| How can I release great amounts of energy, on the psi-wheel. When I get thinking I can release some energy, but I want to know how I can release lots of energy. Does that come in repetitive practice? |

| build up energy in your hands and then imagine that energy exploding from your hands at the object |

| Train on your psi ball try making it as hard as possible as if it was a really ball! That will give you the feeling you need... |
