I've heard after the age of 11/12 your third Eye is deactivated completely. Is that true?

Yes. At those teen ages you will completely ignore the paranormal(well, most people not all).

Well, im 13. But in very interested in the paranormal and psychic power. And i practice all the time to develop my psychic abilities. So I'll never be able to use telekinesis?

No, you will be able to! Everybody is! When you reactivate your pineal gland you will be more open to the spirit world and your psychic abilities again.
