| Guys I just attempted to do the pull without using my hands. The results were awesome, but it didn't take long for it to fall, probably about a minute... Is that normal? |

| its normal  i tried it before without hands it gave me a bad headache. im still not sure if its wind or my mind, i did attempt it in a controlled environment though |
