As you should know, water freezes into ice. Why is this? Well, energy makes water molecules move. Which is why water is a liquid. When too much energy is released into water molecules as a liquid, it turns into a gas, water vapor. Now, back to freezing water. When water molecules lose their energy they move slower, and slower when they slide against other water molecules. If they move slow enough they begin to get stuck when sliding against other molecules. This creates a solid, ice. So how might you freeze water? First, get liquid water in a cup. Then, you want to suck all the energy out of it, and you will get ice. You will want to use cold, almost frozen water. This can be done to many other things, like humans. Once you have mastered this, you can move on to evaporating water. Which is when you give it your energy.
