| I will see if i can change that rule, as its hindering our growth somewhat!
I often do cloud busting if i am on the bus or a train and am just staring out the window. |

| Lionel, next time you are stuck on a bus or train look out the window. Focus your full attention on one cloud, maybe start with a small one and just try and 'rip it apart' with your mind. It may take a few minutes, be patient. |

| i had this experience of externalizing my breath into whirlwinds around a tree, successfully condensing clouds into a sudden storm. I remember being under the shower hearing the sound of water flowing down, when i started to notice the movement of particles around the leaves of a tree; then my mind was clear and my breath synchronized with the motion of my hands. At this point i wouldn't perceive breathing as inhalation + exhalation, but rather just perceived the movement of expansion and condensation of my chest, without sensing the air; the world whirlwind came to my mind and the tree started to move more and more as i intensified the feeling. |
