Oh yeah!!! BOOYEAH!!!! Got level one in the bag!!! The mixing energys and using third eye but using the finger flicked helped out the most. but the biggest thing that helped was listening to let it go from frozen!!! hahaha since i did it once before i figured i probly had a huge mental block so bam!!! Know level two here i go!!

great success on lesson one finally. is it usually easier to try this on heavier stuff or straight to lesson two?

Lesson 1 - Normal paper - Heavier paper(just fold the original paper in half, or more...) - Blast something even more heavier.

or lesson 2 intermediate get a peice of lined paper (school paper not blank printer paper its heavier) then connect with the object by looking at it for a minute or two and then take your hand and place it about 4-12 inches away from the paper and feel the energy in your palms and relax and then believe that you can move the object above all else (key important step but if you started like 5-12 months ago you already know this) repeat !!! and then just keep practicing and dont forget mates just believe in your self its crucial to Telekinesis....The End

Pulling up from your source spark yip you got it. You can also manipulate the spark and expand it out mentally. I give this a go i do a different amp up exercise before i pull off all the big stuff.
